COLLECTING

ODD FACES

There’s not much do it. Camera is an extension of my arms, I feel compelled to capture beauty and interesting things when I see them. I tried to challenge myself and so I’ve started collecting odd faces of art when visiting museums.

COOKING

I’ve had a passion for food art since I was young. I was more into baking at start. This hobby got me a job in OKO (Kaberneeme) restaurant as a dessert chef without any formal education. I gradually got more into experimenting with savoury dishes which is not as exact science as baking can be but more about intuition. I was invited back to work in OKO restaurant new location, Haabneeme where I worked in the cold station. I still love finding new flavours and ways to cook.

UPCYCLING FURNITURE

I’m a big believer in giving an old a new life. Sustainability is one of my core values and so I try to waste as little as I can and look for creative ways to upcycle things already around us..
